First time selling a property and I could not have asked for a better REALTOR®. After the 2nd offer fell through, TJ got to work and had FOUR offers ready to go within 3 hours which created a bidding war and we ended up with an offer that was higher than what we originally listed. Terence started as my REALTOR® in the selling process of my condo in North Austin I’d owned for 8 years. He made the process absolutely seamless. Terence was a consummate professional during both our selling and buying process for our homes. For the selling transaction, we went from our first meeting him to our first offer in 3 weeks, and we were under contract 4 days after listing.
